This is a terrible place to rent. Since I have been here 6/2025 they have entered my home 10 times for random things that should have been checked prior to us moving in. Smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, fire sprinklers, quarterly inspections, new blinds (no one asked for), key audits, furniture counts and more. I have felt like my privacy is not respected in this community. I had an issue with my bathroom and Michael from maintenance basically renovated the whole thing in about a week. Very friendly and professional, I can’t recommend him enough!
