I have had a good experience living here so far, Mike is the BEST maintenance guy and is always on top of it. Every maintenance request we have put in he has been there either the same day or the day after. He always has a great attitude and I always see him out there working hard! Since he is no longer working here though, we’ve had a request to fix our toilet that has been broken for days.
