If I could give a zero I would! Many of the Doctors who except welcare passport ect... treat patients with contempt. My son was 8mins late for his appointment with Dr.Richardson. He got lost in the garage/office building . He shows up and because he was "out of the 15min window" they canceled him and said he could be seen in February. He had already been waiting since NOVEMBER 2018 . So I guess if he shows up at the Emergency room he can get help then . This is a very inefficient uncaring system......
