I brought the car in to check and see if I need to do a brake job. First, they quoted me $100 cheaper than the place I visit for my tires. Second, they diagnosed very accurately a fault with my battery and replaced the battery for free. The person who oversaw the repair, I assume, was the Garage manager. She was very attentive and made sure that I am fully on board with the process.
Zack was fantastic to work with. This was my first time buying a new car. I never felt pressured to make a decision before I was ready. I was able to take my time and drive as many cars as I needed to in order to choose a car that was right for me. This was probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, and would gladly shop here again next time I’m in the market for a new car.
Had my daughters 2005 Subaru Forester in for a checkup. They came back saying it needed 4 plugs at a cost of $366 and plug wires at a charge of $258. For a total of $624 for plugs and wires. I purchased the parts for $107 plugs and wires, took me 1 hour in my driveway to do the job. They wanted to basically charge $517 labor to do that one hour job. The staff was very helpful. Zack was my salesperson and he has continued to help with any questions I've had. My Crosstrek is amazing and I've loved driving it. Other staff gave detailed explanations for everything I was getting into. I would highly recommend getting a Subaru from here!
