We bought our Subaru Forrester a little over two years ago. Took it in today for a 27,000 mile check up. My wife came home with a $600 bill. I am seriously challenging some of the charges on this check up. $160 to flush and replace brake fluid on a car with 27,000 miles? When we bought this car, we were promised $50 oil changes for the life of the car that we as we owned it. Well that went out the window.. $75 to put some engine additive for the ejector to be cleaned I suspect.. Well over $300 to change front and rear differ... read more
