I resided it there for a year and a half from December 2022 to late June 2024. During my time there there was constant issues with breaking pipes and flooding issues as the building is poorly maintained. The one bedroom condos are tiny at 550 sq ft. The best part about this place is Miss Mai, and the Western views of the sunrise as well as hearing the church bells from Scarette Bennett; It's a short walk to the dog friendly quad. I used to do night security in this building, in 1992! Trisha Yearwood was one of the tenants, then. I loved that place, especially the quietness and the wonderful view from the top floors. It looks like it has barely changed, and only for the better.
