I signed the lease almost two years ago because of the wonderful management team they had at the time. Unfortunately, all of those people are now gone, and the new management has been awful. I moved out of my apartment about two months early, and while I fully understood I’d still be responsible for rent and electricity until the end of the lease, today I received an electricity bill twice of what I expected. The room I moved into was not even clean it was old and dirty. The electric bill is insane every month because the apartment is poorly insulated. Management is all talk never complete none of the promises they made. DO NOT RENT HERE
The office staff is very friendly! They are very responsive with your questions and maintenance requests. Would definitely recommend living here :)
