Sarah is hands down amazing in the craft of sports massage therapy. If you are an athlete of any level and any sport, you need to have Sarah in your life!
I’ve scheduled with Sarah Wardwell Multiple times for sports massage — always top-notch! I would see her weekly if my schedule & resources were unlimited, but I grab sessions when I can. Per Sarah’s recommendation, I also more recently did one session with Katie Carter for facial massage (I was having TMJ/teeth grinding issues, sore neck muscles on one side, etc.). Katie was super thorough, careful, and effective — 48 hours afterward, all the tension in my jaw and neck was gone
