Hi Dad!
Had surgery, went in for check up everything seemed to be fine. Aproximatly 2 weeks after the surgery I began having problems. Called numerous times for Dr. McCarter to please call me back. Every time the call was returned by the nurse. I was told what I was experiencing was normal. After demanding that I get into see the Dr. I was told they could not do anything until they received a new approval from the insurance. Dr McCarter was a wonderful surgeon for my husband, very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. He always told us what he could do instead of what he couldn't do like the other surgeons we had talked to. He or his team visited us many times in the hospital before and after surgery and we felt like the success of my husbands outcome was largely due to Dr McCarter.
