GREEDY MEDICAL SERVICE! THEY CHARGE YOU 200 dollars for 1 short medical question through a message!?!?!?? THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL! What a scam industry who cares for sick patients money than actually helping them. I mean, to charge 700 dollars for a 30 minutes visit itself is A SCAM! Then, not even once they would call or even a message, to check in with sick patients; they DON'T CARE about any sick patients when patients have PAID that INSANE AMOUNT of MEDICAL OFFICE COST.

I called to become a new patient and was told not to call back, and that someone would contact me. That was 4 months ago. Shut that place down or fire the staff and start all over.

This location was once a good, affordable, informative practice. I no longer want to be seen here. The receptionists are combative, talk over you, and disrespectful. They are able to offer services at a lower cost by having interns see you. They are never up to date on your issues, and don't bother to read your chart prior to your appointment (which is often 2+ weeks away from your request date. Communication for patients to staff, doctors and billing ...nearly non-existent. Call collective 30+ in a 6 month period for 2 issues that should have been an easy fix. Used MyChart and that is another headache for proper responses.
