Absolutely disgusted with the lack of urgency from corporate. Leasing office and maintenance are very helpful, but I have gone 3 weeks now without a working washing machine, which I pay for in my lease. I came home today to a broken AC unit as well. I am not going to live here if I do not even have the accomodations which I pay to have. It is too hot to wait another several weeks for an answer on whether I deserve the part I need for my AC like corporate is apparently stalling on deciding regarding my washing machine. This place is awful. Rent goes up every month because of your water bill because they use RUBs. You pay your rent with a money order and they take their sweet time to put it on your account that you paid it but probably gone blame you for not paying your rent when it wasn’t your fault it was theirs. The payment is sitting somewhere in their office not getting scanned in. It’s not right and something needs to change. If I could rate 0, I would. I have lived here for over two years at this point and it has been frustrating the entire time. Do not rent here. The only "pros" I have for this complex are its proximity to American Tobacco Campus, downtown Durham, and RDU airport. The cons far outweigh the pros, though. To set the scene: when I first moved in, the AC broke in the middle of June and was not fixed until August. To say this complex has any urgency would be a lie not even the devil would tell. Thank goodness for a new manager. Jayleesa is awesome she took time to speak with me even though I’m sure she was busy - very respectful and polite. I see changes for the good at our complex and decide I’m going to renew
BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!! Do Not Come Here To Live!!!! This place is infested with roaches and Mice. I just moved in to my apartment in mid January and I hate to say I wish I hadn’t moved here. When I called the office about it she told me to go get mouse traps. It is their job to get rid of the problem. They are nonchalant about your concern and blow you off.
