I signed a 10 month lease with University Rentals for an apartment at 815 James Ave that began in August, 2016 - May, 2017. The apartment had constant problems with ants and other bugs. My bathroom had a leak that dripped through the ceiling. In addition, my closet flooded twice. The first time they paid me $20 for laundry expenses, but the smell of mold never went away. Good Place to live – I have lived at University Rentals for 2 1/2 years and have had good experiences with them. My apartment is located a block from campus where I can walk to all of my classes. The apartment is older but is completely furnished and all bills paid. Anytime I have had a problem , the maintenance has been out to fix it. I planned on living with University Rentals until I finish school.
