everyone was very professional and efficient
I received excellent, courteous service at URG, from the receptionist to the technician they were knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with.
I was disappointed in the time involved to see my MRI results in the Portal. 4 full days (Monday-Friday) after the test nothing was available. This was a problem since I had a doctor appointment early the following Monday to review results. Your front desk associate, Lauren, made a call/sent an email and the printout was available within 3 hours. Special thank you to Lauren for her support!
