I came in for an MRI. I was very nervous about it as I do suffer from mild claustrophobia and I knew what to expect since this wasn’t my first MRI. It was however my first time at this location. The facility is new and clean. The front desk staff is polite and checked me in on time and quickly. The gentleman who walked me to the change room and confirmed all my details was also polite and professional. So why the 2 star review?
