I had MRI's that took almost an hour and a half. The Tech was very kind and capable and made it easy for me to get through this long process...
I had left a 5 star review a few months back but had to remove to repost this one since my recent experience. My original post was that Dee was top notch - this is still true and she deserves 5 stars. However the ultrasound tech I had today was truly the rudest and made my experience uncomfortable right at the start and in the waiting room. I would never come here unless I could guarantee Dees care. The tech today was questioning me and every answer I gave. I was very impressed with this location. It was quiet and clean. The woman behind the desk was professional and courteous. I was seen almost immediately and the appointment took less time than anticipated. The ultrasound tech was so friendly and gentle. A breast ultrasound can be a bit nerve wrecking and uncomfortable/invasive but she made me feel so comfortable and it was over before I knew it. If it wasn’t so far from me, I would go to this location for all my imaging needs. They exceeded expectations.
This is my preferred University Radiology location. I also have been to the one in Edison and I definitely prefer Bedminster over Edison. The women at the front desk are much more pleasant than the front desk women at the Edison location. My experiences at Edison made me not want to go to that particular location anymore.
