I should have read the reviews before going to this place. I was charged for an x-ray when I am 100% covered by my insurance and when I asked, the receptionist was not only very rude and disrespectful but she didn't even want to explain to us WHY she was charging me... If you don't want to do your job in customer service then you should look elsewhere. I do not recommend this place at all, no matter how good the other staff is, she is enough to make this place bad.
Ultrasound Tech Dee was wonderful with my special needs son. If you need an ultrasound for a child with special needs I recommend this office with Technician Dee Xray technician was also wonderful too
Very rude front desk staff
All URG facilities provide excellent service but the Bedminster office has been exceptionally professional and friendly. Both the ultrasound and x-ray techs were phenomenal. I recommend URG to my friends, family and colleagues all the time.
I live far from the Bedminster office but the closer office did not have appointments available within my time frame. I was impressed with the office, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Thank you.
