If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is incredibly unprofessional. I arrived on crutches for an MRI, and before I could even settle in, the “nurse” or assistant started questioning me about my boyfriend—who I had walked in with but wasn’t in her view. It made me wonder if she was looking at my file or paperwork, which raises serious concerns about HIPAA violations.
