I was trying to get a MRI with contrast, they cancelled my appointment for insurance approval. My insurance said they don’t require pre authorization. Once I tried to get another appointment the receptionist was rude and sent me on a wild goose chase of not my job. Upon getting the appointment they were unable to start a vein because they said they were not qualified to handle poor veins at this facility.
