My one star review has more to do with front office staff than technicians. I stood at the sign to wait to be called over. Two staff members looked me up and down but didn’t acknowledge me at all. They weren’t on the phone, they were talking to each other. The one woman at the end who was on the phone and translating for a patient called me over to check me in. She seemed to be the only one working. I called the office to inquire about my results. The woman who picked up had me on speaker and it was extremely loud on her end... read more
