I have had two unfortunate experiences in this office. Dawn at front desk accused me of being late and wanted me to reschedule i was 15 min early as per my text that she refused to acknowledge. Today I encountered Anna for an ultrasound as there was misinformation given to me prior to testing and when I tried to explain this to Anna she was very rude and threatened to not do my test. Went to university of radiology in Bedminster 6 months ago- left confused and felt misdiagnosed. Went to University of Radiology in Point Pleasant -Mammogram, ultrasound and radiology technician were comforting and answered any questions I had. They were amazing. Left there feeling better.
They actually pick up the phone! Great service and kind manner.
Every time I use University radiology they are so welcoming and not only do I feel confident of the job they do how efficient they are in processing to my doctor
