I am utterly appalled by the service I received from University Radiology. My scheduled mammogram was not only mishandled, but the staff’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional. Despite my efforts to communicate and resolve the issue, I was met with indifference and a lack of accountability. It is unacceptable for a medical facility, especially one specializing in radiology, to treat patients with such disregard.
