Had received a bill for them for an CT scan at my local hospital they partner with. Had called to set up payment plan with them and was told no worries at all. Set up an amount that was agreed upon by each of us. Sent in first payment on 5/22/24 for a due date of 5/28/24 and they cashed my check. Never received another bill from them. Didn't notice until a collection notice came in the mail 07/13/24. 15 days past due. No notice no warning nothing! Called and asked to speak with a manager and never heard back from anyone.
