University Properties has made my first experience of being on my own a very great experience. The property management team is the absolute best! Maintenance comes in a timely manner, the office manager has a very pleasant disposition, and the overall company is very accommodating. I highly recommend teaming up with University Properties!
Let’s start off by saying the office is absolutely amazing. Anytime we had an issue with ANYTHING, maintenance was there promptly. The location was convenient enough to walk to class on nice days. If I wasn’t going to another university next year I’d be renewing my lease. Thank you Michelle and Taylor.
This office has been absolutely amazing! The location is perfect—close enough to walk to class on nice days, which made getting around so convenient. The service department is top-notch. Anytime we had an issue, maintenance was there right away and took care of it quickly. If I weren’t heading to another university next year, I’d definitely be renewing my lease!
Leaving this review because the service team here is awesome! Tom fixed my issue super fast and had me cracking up the whole time. The office staff is great too. always helpful and chill. I’ll be sticking around until I graduate!
