My calls are never returned. Staff always reply to my chart emails LATE. The nurse does whatever he wants to do and doesn’t listen to your problems!
Brenda is TERRIBLE!! Her approach to customer service needs major improvement. She speaks to patients condescendingly, interjects with rude unnecessary comments that add zero value to the conversation, and she cut me off in the middle of what I was trying to explain to her. The rest of the staff is amazing. Dr. Sharpe and the medical assistants are very kind. However, you cannot see them without first checking in with her which ruins the entire experience. Haven't met the doctor yet but all of the NPs are awesome . Very comforting for someone with crazy anxiety.
Brenda the receptionist - she was very rude- when I made the appointment and when I came for my appointment. Not helpful- told me several times " I'm not a nurse" which obviously I knew . She then should be helpful and find out and help me with my concerns. I felt as if she just wanted me to leave her window and she wasn't willing to help me any further.
