I’m going to start by saying that the dentist is absolutely the LAST thing that I would ever do and I avoid it until I can’t Dr Blumberg and his assistant were very kind, patient and let me know exactly what was going on. From the time I checked in for my appointment with Karin at the front desk to the time I checked out with Amber, my experience at University Pointe Endodontics was a positive one. Dr. Ben Blumberg was professional, informative, and respectful throughout my appointment. He and Bri, his assistant, worked quickly and in sync with one another. First visit here,I had a sore tooth,referred by my dentist. There was an infection that was painful and tender. I got attentive care, I had to ask for verbal updates during the procedure, I understand some people don't want updates? I like to know what's going on in my mouth. Lol Will be going back to finish the work. It's clean,orderly, and people are nice here.
