University Pointe is by far the worst apartment complex I have lived in during my academic tenure at Texas Tech University. The parking lot is prone to flooding which resulted in damage to my vehicle. Management is well aware of the problem but refuses to disclose any warnings to current and potential residents. Do not live here.
Compared to other apartment complexes in the area, the furniture and decor of the apartment are out dated and in a lot of cases broken. When I was living there, there were many things that needed to be fixed. Upon move in; 1. the bulb in the room was blown 2. the toilet handle was broken 3.
