If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been visiting a close friend for nearly 4 years and this place is horrible. I have documented, photographed and filed a complaint and I won't stop until this facility is held accountable for the terrible way they do business. I am writing to express deep concern about the ongoing neglect, incompetence, and lack of compassion at University Place.
