University Place has an amazing loving and caring staff. They are truly second to none. Melinda made our transition so easy. University Place is lucky to have someone as well versed as Melinda. I would highly suggest this place to anyone seeking placement.
I was in rehab here for 3 months. I enjoyed my time here and everyone was great! They have marvelous occupational and physical therapists! I gave it 4 stars for one reason. I stressed to the kitchen staff again and again that I don’t drink sodas but they kept on giving me Shasta ginger ale. There were times I didn’t have anything whatsoever to drink because there wouldn’t be anything but that. They don’t pay attention to what you can’t stand and give it to you anyway.

I have gave University Place Rehabilitate Nursing Facility a 5 star. Since then the Staff have made a few Unprofessional decisions. I called and texted Ms. Williams the Director and the Activity director because previous they have informed me of how my Siter is doing.Neither got back in touch with me. I called the Nurse Statiom, she informed me she could not give out the information.
