I made my appointment about 2 weeks ago and I showed up 15 mins before my reservation. Store was closed. I called and texted the staff multiple times but no response. 15 mins past my appointment I texted them again stating that they very unprofessional and scheduled me on their day off and I will rate them for 1 star review. 15 mins later a lady called me and told me I got my reservation date wrong. My skin is difficult to handle. It tends to be oily, but I'm also getting older. Wrinkles and acne...what a combination! Rose is great. She's been able to work me in with my busy schedule.
