My first visit wasn’t the smoothest. There wasn’t much of a greeting, and no one asked how to pronounce my name. I realize it isn’t the easiest, but even a small gesture like that would have given me the opportunity to share my preferred name and feel a bit more welcomed. Dr. Rajwani was wonderful—attentive, kind, and clear in outlining a tentative treatment plan that gave me confidence moving forward. His thoughtful approach made me feel very supported.

If I could leave this office a Zero I would. My endocrinologist in Brooklyn retired so I was left to find a new office. I figured this one was closest to my home in Staten Island and made an appointment. Everything was pretty good until the appointment date. I walked in and no one was at the front desk. Literally stood there for 10 minutes after saying "Hello, hello hello?" and a doctor came out and told me, "She must have stepped away". Then I waited another 15 to be seen. OY! Lovely staff, and great doctor. Very neat and clean facility. Even the outside is beautiful.

Horrible service, the worst at the desk. Left several messages no one calls back. Patient care is not one of their better qualities
