University Physicians is the single worst billing experience I’ve ever had. After being quoted $241 to have my prescriptions refilled by Jennifer Polniak this visit has now skyrocketed to almost $500. My visit was billed as “complicated” and therefore more expensive. If anything about refilling prescriptions I’ve been previously prescribed by the doctor she’s a PA for is complicated perhaps Ms. Polniak should find a new line of work. If you are active duty military and you are referred here, change immediately. I have been fighting with them for months because they submitted something for my husband incorrectly and forget speaking to anyone in the actual billing department or a supervisor. They keep sending us bills because they can’t properly submit the claim to tricare even though tricare has told them exactly what needs to be fixed.

I've had it with the billing center for University physicians. You call and leave a message to ask y they haven't sent a bill but they submitted it to a collections agency. They might call back two days later and leave a message while your at wrk. They won't act on the info that you left on their machine. It's just a "tag. You're it.". People have jobs and can't sit by the phone. Try answering your phone!!
