Went into ER after being Tboned. Nurse Joe (the seasoned nurse training Shiva) was the only one that actually cared about my wellbeing. Everyone else treated me like I was a bum off the street looking for a fix. The dr didn’t prescribe any muscle relaxers and didn’t seem concerned about my pain AT ALL.
The secretary staff waited for me to arrive to my pre-scheduled doctor's appointment for a check up. Regarding having a toenail removed. I shoed up on time May, Tuesday 20, 2024 appointment time 9:15 am. Upon arriving. I was informed by my doctor's secretary staff. That he was in surgery until noon. Asked if I wanted to reschedule, or wait. I do not have my own vehicle. So, pay people to take me from A to B. I paid for a inconvenience. My ride took time off work to give me a ride. It's a UGG place but we have to have these people
My husband went to the ER after a serious bike accident and the care was amazing. The staff and Drs worked quickly to make sure his injuries weren't life threatening. The nurses and Drs were able to keep me calm and my husband comfortable during what could have been a very chaotic situation. They are the best of the best.
