I had a great experience at University Physical Therapy. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for—not rushed or processed. Doctor Anwar was personable, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on and why we were doing certain treatments. I came to University about 4 or 5 years ago for my back, Dr Anwar told me when you leave here you won’t have any pain and he was oh so right, so when this knee began acting up I knew where to go and since coming back there has been an amazing improvement. I am still going twice a week and always walk out better than I walked in. Staff are great and Dr Anwar’s expertise to second to none.
I enjoy going to therapy, the entire staff is very professional and kind. You are taken no later than five minute after your appointment time. Most of all you get the help that you need to get back to doing what you were doing before your injury occurred. I highly recommend University Physical Therapy.
