Horrendously managed building. Besides a cockroach infestation that’s been going on since last year, elevators frequently break, for an 11 story building. Random water shut offs for “maintenance” every other week for an entire day. Horrible security, our car got broken into while parked in front of the building and they didn’t do anything. There has been at least 3 asbestos exposures in the past two months, two of which were on the ground floor. Plus a broken fire alarm throughout the building that goes off for hours, where ... read more
