The other review is right, the lot rent is high. It is the highest around. If a nice pool for the residents was here , it wouldnt be so bad. It is a pretty nice park and maintained pretty well, great location, just high in price for some reason. Unfortunatly they lose alot of good people because of this issue, they need to rethink this and quit being so greedy.
I moved into University Park in August, and because I was a newcomer to Mankato, and mobile home life, I was somewhat apprehensive.But I was surprised and pleased to meet friendly neighbors, and to have a really good management system in place.Kudos to Janet !

Very expensive to rent here compared to other parks in the county, youll end up paying more than if buying a new house .
The park is beautiful and very clean. Though it seems that since new management took over the rules have changed without notification to the residents. Once told we had 2 feet on one side of the house, under new management we have through trial and error that this is no longer the case. We in fact have 0 feet on that side of the house. What was once fair to all residents on other subjects has now become fair to a few new favorites of the new management.
