The mall is an overall nice place to visit on a day where you either need to get some shopping done or just need to get out for some time away. Food court is decent and I LOVE the anchor stores, but that's where this love affair ends. Most of the stores in the mall lack some serious body positivity for men. It's now near impossible to find a 36/30 pant because most of your stores have discontinued this size. The GAP is gone, leaving no stores for guys built like me except Macy's and JCPenny. It cool. Made me a little mad when there was soda on the floor and it took forever for someone to clean.
Tonite my two granddaughters went to the mall to see Santa. When it was their turn my son was asked if he was going to purchase pictures. He told them he was not purchasing pictures. The kids were then not allowed to sit on Santas lap nor were they given any mints. This is great holiday spirit. People in front of my grandkids bought pictures and were treated like royalty. This is one of the worst acts I have ever hear of for the holiday season. How my grandkids must have felt when they were not allowed to sit on Santa's lap.... read more
