Worst place ever.
Reminded me of Yogi Berra's comment about a restaurant in Manhattan: People don't go there anymore; it's too crowded. The traffic pattern on the east side of the mall is maddening (off Grape Rd. at University).
My wife and I have three foster children and one adopted son. I work afternoons from 14:00 to 23:00 with little time off durring the holidays. On Tuesday, December 20, after the children finished school for winter break, we got the kids dressed up to see and have pictures with Santa. We arrived at 19:45 and learned Santa was "closed", even though the hours to visit Santa were from 10:00 to 20:00. All four children were heartbroken when we told them Santa could not see them.
