The lady who owns the business is nice and helpful. She has a few books to look threw for different options in what your looking for like chains or rings, I got a 14kt gold pinky ring made with my birth year and a 14kt 3mm solid peruvian gold 20in diamond cut rope chain last year, April of 2024. The jewelry has held up with daily wear. The only thing I can't get over is I ordered Italian gold and that's what we had spoken about but received Peruvian gold and I didn't notice until I was checking for the 14kt marking. I recently had a beautiful piece designed by Lisa. She incorporated all of the diamonds from my great grandmother, grandmother and myself. I will cherish it forever. I highly recommend their expertise.
