We were there this morning for the first time. I brought in a pendant that needed a new bale. Lisa, the owner found the perfect one and replaced it right away at a very reasonable price. My husband had a bracelet that he thought needed a new lock but she said the current lock was fine and he didn't need to spend the money. We were very impressed with the service and honesty. And Lisa and her son Zander were both really friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be a return customer.

I had such a great experience at University Park Jewelers. The service was fantastic from start to finish, and Lisa truly made it special. She was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
