10/10 would recommend! Derek, Abby, Max, Breanna, and Dr. Kong were all so comforting and helpful with my nerves! Hahaha no anxiety this visit and they were the reason!!!
Nothing personal against dentists, but visits to their offices are not my favorite thing at all! However, my very first experience with University Park Endodontics was great! Very clean, quiet, and calming environment. The staff was super friendly. The dentist assistant, Derek, provided excellent service and, Dr. Kong was very professional and knowledgeable about root canal procedures. I normally don't post feedback for my experiences but after this one, I feel the need to based on the outstanding overall treatment. I, like many, have anxiety with procedures that I have not had before and this one went very smooth. After the root canal, I had 2 days of a little pain and already feeling much better. The entire staff and Dr. Kong were friendly and professional. I am grateful to my dentist for the referral to University Park!
Today I had my first root canal. I was so pleased with the service at University Park Endodontics from start to finish. Staff is professional and courteous. Dr. Kong told and showed me just enough to put my mind at ease. Procedure was efficiently and without pain. I had some bacteria which was taken care of with the Gentle wave system. Thanks Derek for your part. I would recommend this practice for anyone who needs procedures.
