Calm thorough explanations as needed to do my root canal. I was greeted, cared for, helped, and all went smoothly from the moment I entered. Thank you Max, Abby, and Dr. Kong! “Gentle Wave” was a new experience and feel confident that my tooth was cleaned well before completion. Well done!!!
Very impressed with Dr Kong and his team. I was in and out for root canal surgery in less than an hour and a half. The anesthetics and pain medications worked great. My tooth was the farthest one back on my lower jaw, so it was difficult to access, but Dr Kong worked timely to get to it, numb the tooth and jaw and get thru the surgery fast. Would highly recommend the good doctor and his staff for their work and attention to their patients.
Dr. Kong, and everyone I had contact with, are so pleasant and personable. The care I received was very thorough and communication was very clear. Dr. Kong was transparent and honest with the options / recommendation. As a repeat patient, I have complete trust.
What a great experience, which is hard to say when you’re having a root canal. Dr Kong and his staff are wonderful, from the moment you walk in until you leave. The relaxed demeanor throughout the office makes such a difference!
Root canal has been one of my big life fears. I made it quite a long time without having to get a root canal, but the day finally came! Terrified. Everyone in the office was so understanding and patient. Dr. Kong and his assistant, Maira, provided such great care, explaining what they would do, what they were doing, and what to expect.
