I wish I would have started my tooth work with Dr Kong to begin with. He was a much better endodontist for me and the problem I am having. He was kind, explained the problem and solution well and actually listened to all the issues and all the follow up questions I had. 10/10 would recommend and see him again!
From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted by friendly smiles and calming demeanors! The atmosphere of the office was calming and inviting. Very clean, calming and professional environment; courteous and knowledgeable staff. I went in for a scheduled root canal, but after Dr. Kong examined my scans and tooth, he gave me another possible alternative which hopefully will work out better for me in the long run.
Dr. Kong is the best endodontist in Kansas City, there is no one better to help patients of all ages! He takes great care of his patients, is thorough in explaining what he sees and what he recommends, and is great at answering questions.
