The office and staff are friendly and inviting. Dr Kong explained everything to me in advance and made me feel very comfortable. The office staff were all very friendly and pleasant. I would highly recommend this practice
Everyone was friendly and very helpful. It was pretty much pain free. I loved the sense of humor everyone had, and it helped relieve any anxiety I had. I definitely would recommend Dr Tae Kong and his staff!!
We were welcomed into the office by the receptionist who was warm and inviting. I am so happy with Dr. Kong and his staff. They were careful not to cause any pain during the root canal and they succeeded in every way. Liz was Dr. Kong's assistant and she was great, and Max helped with insurance and scheduling. All in all, it was a good experience for a difficult and scary procedure.
Needing to get assessed for a root canal / undergoing one is generally not a pleasant experience. But that's not the case when working with Dr. Kong and his staff. Everyone is so understanding, kind, and thoughtful. From Anne explaining insurance details to Max welcoming you and explaining the paperwork; it really feels like a team effort to make sure the patient has a good experience. He is the most honest, kind dentist I have ever encountered. He provided all my options and supported me in making the best decision for me. I cannot recommend him more highly. He is an honorable person!
