My son enjoyed his time there (2 years), but when asked if he would live there for grad school, he said no. His main complaint was the construction noise and illness. There was a lot of construction on the buildings this year. He was told that there was water damage from a hurricane that happened several years ago. I wonder if there was mold and that was why he was always sick and having asthma flares. Avoid This Place at All Costs – Unprofessional, Unlivable, and Exploitative If I could give zero stars, I would. I lived here for two years and it was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. These problems weren’t one-off — they were constant: • Endless construction: Major construction started in January and was still going strong when I moved out at the end of July. Once again, if I could give ZERO stars, I would. This place will run you down and put you in horrible housing while charging SO much. Everything is a money grab. I have never gotten sick SO MUCH in my entire life while living here. I moved into a DIRTY apartment and saw ROACHES on DAY ONE. I tried getting a mold inspection done and they wouldn’t let them onto the property, said they had their own company they go through, then NEVER got anything done. I was sick 1-2 times a month.
