University Painters is a keeper! Their workmanship for drywall repair and repaint of area damaged by rain was superb. The repair is seamless. I can't find any evidence of prior damage. They also painted a different room and it looks superb. Nice tight lines between ceiling and wall, proper feathering. These guys are professionals! We moved out of our rental in June 2022 and the homeowner scheduled these painters. The painting and patching looked satisfactory, but the painters left globs of their drywall patch on the carpet, vinyl, and hardwood floors. After sanding, they left all of the dust on the floor and molding. And they even used my tools and didn’t put them back correctly. I would assume the painters would have cleaned up after themselves, but I was wrong in this instance.
They started on time, got all my colors correct and in the correct spaces, and were finished 2.5 days early. Everyone was polite, appropriately masked, and the price was right.
