Since 2005, Sara Williams's group at University Painters has served our needs with distinction. We have hired them for several painting and renovation projects. With the larger jobs involving carpentry, Sara's associate Manuel Mendez has provided onsite quality assurance and good project management. Along with Manny (Jr.), Carlos Sedello and others, this team consistently delivers technical quality, productivity, response, attention to detail and cleanliness at at fair price.
Sloppy. In about a week, I've found a few splotches of paint on things like doors and baseboards that they didn't bother cleaning up. Paint is also thin and uneven in many places. All in all, this looks fine from a distance, but they did a really sloppy, half-done job and I wouldn't use their services again. They were also over an hour late and left "for 10 minutes" to pick up a roller they forgot, which turned into an hour and a half smoke break. Disappointing.

the worst company I have ever dealt with. made an appt with the sales person , he showed up to our house, when I start questioning his rates he run out with out saying good bye, I called the office and explained the situation, they never called me back . the rates they gave was double that the local painters. I advised every one NOT to use this company.
Working with University Painters was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a home contractor!! Start to finish, University Painters showed to me they wanted my business. A job that would have taken me probably 4 days, took their painters two days. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional to paint your house. Trust me, it's worth it. Hire University Painters for your next painting project.
