This man shouldn’t be a doctor. He spent less than 5 minutes in my room and acted like I was wasting his time. Didn’t even ask about symptoms. Went to see a qualified ENT a week later and they actually listened, and I need a tonsillectomy. Don’t trust this doctor with a grain of salt.
Sadly, I completely agree with other reviews. Did not listen, cut me off when I was describing my issue & I found his bedside manner to be condescending at best. Left with zero help/relief after a whopping 3 minute appointment. Very disappointed & a complete waste of time/money after waiting several months for an appointment.
Saw me for all of 5 minutes, and was rushing, I wonder what my insurance was charged for 5 minutes of rushed time. After waiting several weeks for an appointment and driving an hour to get there about a concern and felt like everything I told him was brushed off.
This doctor could not be bothered with any of my concerns. I would not recommend anyone to schedule an appointment with Dr.Ruhl if you actually want to be treated. There is little to no doctor-patient explanations or communication at all for that matter. You will see things in your chart that were never even discussed with you. On top of all that he wouldn’t even give me a referral for a treatment HE was recommending. See Dr.Ruhl at your own discretion you’ve been warned…
Couldn’t be bothered to even look at me. Appointment lasted two minutes. I left feeling so defeated and still not knowing why I was struggling so much with my sinuses or where to turn to next. Embodies everything that’s wrong with our healthcare system.
