The staff and provider were very nice and helpful, but they overcharged a copay even when I tried telling them I checked with my insurance but I paid just in case. When I called they said it would be refunded back on the original card within 30 days. Nothing happened and when I tried to call again, no one has responded to me. If the provider and other staff weren't helpful the review would be less. My visit was back and march and still haven't received the refund.
An overall excellent experience. From the moment you walk in Kerri and Lisa welcome you with open arms and care so much to assist you with anything you may need. Dr Romacki is amazing she was my savior for aprx 1 1/2 years and assisted finding what I’d need to do to treat my vertigo, balance issues, and body tremors. I don’t know what I would’ve done if not for her practice. I also saw dr Romacki’s physical therapist a few times and she has also extremely caring and pleasant. Great doctor, cares about her patients and explains diagnosis well. Front office staff is the best in the business.
I had vertigo real bad one visit with this Dr and I have been great ever since.. Cannot Thank her enough.
