Can't make an appointment until they have referral been going back and forth since June its now September I know my doctor sent it. Nobody calls me back I have been calling everyday for a week. I understand its busy abs she's s great doctor but I'm suffering and need help

Absolutely recommend! After being referred to this office for continuous balance issues they all were highly courteous and professional. I received a definitive diagnosis after very thorough examinations which was very reassuring coming from this highly experienced and regarded facility.

I was referred to Dr Cox by my personal physician. His office did not respond to the referral, the phones notify you that “you’re #22 in the line,” and an offer to “quickly respond to the text feature” resulted in no callbacks over two weeks. Perhaps he’s a good doctor, but neither he nor his office manager are running a responsive practice. I obtained a referral elsewhere in the same system, received a callback in 24 hours and an appointment for three days later. As a prospective patient, I didn’t feel respected.

The staff and provider were very nice and helpful, but they overcharged a copay even when I tried telling them I checked with my insurance but I paid just in case. When I called they said it would be refunded back on the original card within 30 days. Nothing happened and when I tried to call again, no one has responded to me. If the provider and other staff weren't helpful the review would be less. My visit was back and march and still haven't received the refund.
