Dr. James was an absolute gentlemen! He was very professional, kind, informative and knowledgeable. Always a warm welcome from staff and him. I always left happy, feeling heard, seen and understood. He performed my lower back injections and back surgery and it went extremely well. Over 3 months ago now (back sx) and I'm still feeling better and getting better at the same time. Dr. Brian C. James is the absolute WORST doctor I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I went to him per my atty’s recommendation due to a car accident. He was rude, condescending, and uninformative about what he was going to inject into my body. He didn’t give me any instructions as to what to expect or how to prepare, and he ushered me out of the office within seconds of doing the injection, again not giving me any paper instructions as to how to deal with the procedure or what to look out for, and only told me not ... read more
Hands down the best facility I've been to for back care, I highly recommend them
Received info from University Orthopedic that surgery was scheduled for the 28th. Having not heard from them I called, no such surgery was sceduled no record of it. THe office staff is completely incompetent whaen I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told I am the supervisor then when I asked if anyone was above them they relented but said they were not available.
Dr. James has helped me alot.
