My wife has gotten broken a radius bone. For a week(!) she cannot get the surgery she needs immediately. Scheduling, visits, other scheduling, rescheduling, but currently she is still on narcotics without any proper help. I pay $800 a month for the UHC insurance.

Do not go here if you are injured. Dr Richards does not care about you AT ALL. I have had two shoulder injuries for almost 2 years with only X-rays taken. I have been to these people multiple times and they did not help me at all. I would give negative stars if possible. I've been trying to get them to help me for more than 18 months. Was having severe arthritis flare up & trigger finger -all new to me. Made an appt, showed up, was recommended cortisone shots (1st time ouch!) It's worked for 6 months, so calling back for follow up & a few new ailments!
