University Hospitals is once again profoundly disrespectful of the patient and shows no understanding of the importance of Customer Experience. I was made to wait three hours after arriving for my appointment. There were no updates on when the doctor would catch up, and no apologies from anyone at UH. When I finally saw this cervical spine specialist, and asked her some questions about neck abnormalities that were found in my CT scans, she told me "I never look at these" and "You should ask the Otologist who ordered the CT."... read more
