I have had a history of shoulder problems - AC joint, rotator cuff, bicep tendon, impingement. Several surgeries and injections and still going strong. My first rotator cuff repair was done by a different doctor. The day he took the staples out I asked about PT and the response was "Don't do anything that hurts."
