I had a partial hip replacement with Dr. Robles in October, 2025. He was fabulous and I really enjoyed my interactions with him. He left the practice at the end of April 2026 and I had a six month follow up scheduled in May. I was told my case would be reassigned to one of the other doctors and they would contact me about rescheduling the appointment. That never happened, so I started calling to try to reschedule it. I’ve had a terrible experience with this medical agency’s billing department and office front desk. For over a year, they didn’t resolve my billing issue, never returned my calls, and then sent me to collections with added interest, despite my attempts to pay. I also updated my address, but they never updated it. Based on other reviews, this lack of communication seems common. I hope they fix these issues for others, because no patient deserves this.
