I’m extremely disappointed with the communication and scheduling process at Inspire Orthopedics. My Supartz knee injections were approved months ago, but I was never contacted to schedule them. I called scheduling several times and was repeatedly referred to my doctor’s medical assistant. I left multiple messages for her and never received a return call. I had a partial hip replacement with Dr. Robles in October, 2025. He was fabulous and I really enjoyed my interactions with him. He left the practice at the end of April 2026 and I had a six month follow up scheduled in May. I was told my case would be reassigned to one of the other doctors and they would contact me about rescheduling the appointment. That never happened, so I started calling to try to reschedule it.
