They are horrible with paperwork. They are not the ones waiting for disability check to kick in so it's not urgent for them. If the coordinator hadn't been sitting on the paperwork, it would've been done already but now we have to wait for the doctor to return from vacation. It is not 10 days return time as they claim and are now saying it's 10-14 days. RIDICULOUS!
Customer service was nice and the Dr. Was helpful .
Dr. Nazarian is wonderful as well as his staff that works with him. However, I am giving this low rating due to the service that is given when we call the office. At first before my mom got her surgery everything was going good. However after the surgery it was another story. We would call and ask to speak with Dr. Nazarian so someone from his staff because my ran out of medication. They would transfer us to a person. I would leave a message and nothing. I have tried several times to make a simple follow up appointment but after 40 minutes on hold I had to hang up. The next time 30 minutes on hold before giving up and now today, I've been on hold for 28 minutes before they HUNG UP ON me with a "we are experiencing technical issues" message came on. It keeps ringing back to a person who picks it up and immediately puts me back on hold. Never even allows me to say a word. It's ludicrous that you can't even answer the phone! Hire some more people! dr k and his staff are the best - i look forward to every visit - i edited my post and lessened one star due to the girls that answer the phones. one in particular - i don't know her name cus she never gives it...but she is rude, gives medical advice when she shouldn't...she's not a pa or a dr so i don't know why she thinks she should do that...and always lies and they aren't even believable just to not give you the date of service you want. but they can move your appt if need be, after 3 months, really?
