Had an appointment for 1:30. We checked in at 1:15 and by 2:45 we finally got called back
They are horrible with paperwork. They are not the ones waiting for disability check to kick in so it's not urgent for them. If the coordinator hadn't been sitting on the paperwork, it would've been done already but now we have to wait for the doctor to return from vacation. It is not 10 days return time as they claim and are now saying it's 10-14 days. RIDICULOUS!
Customer service was nice and the Dr. Was helpful .
Dr. Nazarian is wonderful as well as his staff that works with him. However, I am giving this low rating due to the service that is given when we call the office. At first before my mom got her surgery everything was going good. However after the surgery it was another story. We would call and ask to speak with Dr. Nazarian so someone from his staff because my ran out of medication. They would transfer us to a person. I would leave a message and nothing.
