I visited Dr Lindvall as a 2nd opinion, my first Dr told me boot for 6 weeks and surgery. I was mortified, no conversation, no explanation, nothing. Meeting Dr. Lindvall, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Let me tell you, he exceed all of my expectations. Came into room sat down and actually took the time to talk to me about what I was experiencing. Everything leading to my mother’s total knee replacement surgery went well with Dr. Nazarian until she needed refills for her pain. I called Inspire on 02/02 to request pain medicine as my mother was now on her last ones. A prescription was sent to the pharmacy but they requested clarification from the doctor. They advised me to call the prescribers office if it was needed urgently which we did. I called on Tuesday and the wait is so long that your call restarts then gets sent to voicemail. Worst experience!!!! Had hand and arm surgery, filed for temp disability. Was told by Lupe that they had 10 business days to process it. They couldn't do it online, their office is still in the stone age. two weeks later I was told to come pick up ( mind you, it takes two weeks to process with EDD) and drive to the outskirts of fresno ( total 30 miles from home to office to edd office) was told by the docs office that i needed to pay them 35.00 processing fee.
