I have had SEVERAL experience with this office (unfortunately for my family and me health wise…hand, knees, back, arm, ankle…). The doctors and PA’s are incredible and professional. Well worth the wait!
1 hour to make an appointment. They must've turned off the phones at 350. Every extension.
Very dissatisfied with the entire medical team. Not the ancillary office staff. Dr. Phillips was very brief in all of our interactions. 10 minutes at the most. Upon my last interactions with his PA (who is an air head), I told her I was in for a new injury on my L ankle. When she had the Xray technician take the films of my foot - they didn't not have orders to Xray my ankle. I was only in the office because of the NEW INJURY.
