Good service, they don’t let you waiting for every visit, friendly atmosphere. 😁
Very disappointed with my recent experience at University Orthodontics. I left a voicemail ahead of time explaining that my daughter would not be able to attend her appointment because we were out of state. When I later spoke with the orthodontist’s wife, I was told I would still be charged a $150 fee because the appointment was “not canceled,” and that my daughter could not be seen again until the fee was paid. Always a very pleasant and informative experience.Dr. Beagan is so kind and gentle with his patients. Rosette has made the process run smoothly and my child feels like she’s in the care of family not just a provider’s office. The administration and clinical team work so well with each other and they are very gracious and kind. 10/10 recommend!!!
Friendly staff and nice facilities. The doctor is great as well. Each of my visits have been timely and succinct.
