My son got braces from this place the orthodontist was supposed to develop a plan to fix my son’s teeth. Not only did they rush us out of the office because their office is closing down they referred me to the Huntersville location and they do not answer the phone nor return calls. Do not go to any of them they are the worse in the world!!!!
Staff is and was very pleasant. My main complaint in their availability, the days and operating hours are extremely limited, it makes it impossible to be seen. Aside from that they are closing abruptly (9/23) but still attempting to collect payments? They could not accommodate my appointments for up to 6-8 weeks in advance, how are you going to fit me in, in a matter of 3 weeks? Had an appointment scheduled for a few weeks & received several appointment reminders via text just to be told the day before my appointment that they were canceling my appointment because they are not accepting new patients. Horrible!
Please go somewhere else !!!! I’ve been a patient here since 2021 & I was only supposed to have braces for 18 months. Since then the staff here has changed about five or six times. Literally All of the staff has changed multiple times. I don’t even try to remember anyone’s name anymore. And while the current staff members are Amazing the office is literally never open, So I imagine that means I will have my braces on even longer. Update 2 (7/2024): I found out that my calls were not being answered as the office was undergoing renovations and no one was there. Dr. Wells took the time to listen to every concern I had shortly after my last update. I then had another round of trays, and upon my check today only had one or two small concerns to iron out. I know that the poor experience I've had is not his (or anyone currently employed there) fault.
