Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. After multiple calls with this provider as well as my insurance I was unsuccessful in booking an appointment. My insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield of WNY assured me that my plan covers routine eye exams and that this provider is within network however when calling, this provider will not accept my insurance and is dismissive of any questions.
