I'm giving UW Family Medicine one star because there is no zero star rating. I've been going there for about five years. I didn't even bother going in for a check up last year. In 2023 I noted to my provider that I was experiencing pain that started near my ear and ran down my neck. My ear would become extremely painful. There wasn't an option for minus's . Being the only MAT program IN Cheyenne helping You patience with medical assisted treatment. They don't give 2 U know what's. To as if your unable to make it to said appointment. For refills on this so called TREATMENT. THEY LET The patient suffered even if they're consistent not even a day or 2 help. Far and away the most unprofessional place I have ever gone to. Doctors in charge of prescriptions cannot send a prior authorization to the correct insurance, you can never get a hold of the triage nurse and have to leave multiple messages to receive any communication whatsoever, and if you’re overweight, they blame that on any health problems you have instead of further looking into the issue to see if anything else could be at play.
The staff is absolutely the worst that I have ever experienced. I am a nurse. I would be fired if I spoke or treated our patients in a such manner. It’s very disappointing!! I would never recommend nor would I ever step foot in this building again once again the staff really needs to be trained on a professionalism class because you’re clearly untrained.
