Its all about how much more money the president and football coach can make, how much they can raise senior level admin salary while withholding cost of living adjustments and raises for staff who literally help the University run day in and day out. Not only is UW heavily supplemented by Hathaway, they raise tution annually.... at the same time as they refuse research funding and cut degree programs.
